I'm a mother of 2 adorable, yet active, girls and a rather handsome little boy. Lexi is 4.5 yrs old, but has the attitude of a teenager. Carissa is 2.75 yrs old and the clone of her sister. Hunter joined the mix in Oct. '11. My husband, Eddie, serves in the US Air Force and we are stationed in Hawaii for the next 2 years, but we call Colorado home. We have been married for 5.3 years. I was born and raised in the church in Glendale, AZ and after graduating from NAU with degrees in Elementary and Special Education, ventured up to Colorado Springs, where I met my husband. I'm blessed to be able to stay at home with my girls, who keep me going almost nonstop (interpretation: I don't get out much! :-P ) I'm grateful for the gospel and how it makes my life as a mother easier.

I was once told if you want to seem like a competent woman do THREE things REALLY well. My three things are: organizing, photoshopping and cake mix cookies. Since I’ve already impressed you, you can stop reading now and just ignore the rest.
Fine. I grew up mostly in Northern Arizona where I converted to the church at the age of eighteen and that is where I also received my degree in English Education (2007). I put my degree to good use by staying home with my son (no sarcasm intended) and also by occasionally losing it and blogging about its disappearance.
I married an Electrical Engineer who works full time while doing a part-time graduate program at Harvard. Yeah, he is coo-coo-bananas-smart and, alas, has conferred his intellect unto our son, Caleb (March 2008). Ever been outsmarted by a 2.5 year old? Me too. Several times a day. But only once while writing this blurb. { Go me!  }
I am currently pregnant. This is my third pregnancy. My second pregnancy (Emma) had a Trisomy18 defect that resulted in a stillbirth at seven months gestation. This current pregnancy is doing just fine (thanks for asking) and we are expecting another healthy little boy (N.H.) early January 2011.

Caitlin
Well, I'm Caitlin. I am a mother to one very stubborn little girl. She turned one in August. I've found that she likes to do things on her own time, as she decided to start life out three months earlier than expected. Sharon was born at just 26 weeks, presenting me and my husband with one of the biggest challenges of our lives. She was in the hospital for just over 3 months as she learned how to breathe on her own, eat, etc. She started at just 1 lb 12 oz, and we are just grateful every day that she's decided to stick around for awhile.
I was raised in the church and grew up in Glendale, AZ. I met my husband at NAU. We got married, moved around in Arizona for a few years, and have landed in Kingman, AZ. I stay at home with Sharon, where I try to keep the house clean (and usually fail), try to keep Sharon from eating tiny fuzzballs off the carpet (they don't go down very well), and work on various crafts and hobbies. For more about me you can check out my blog.

I'm Amy.  I am mother to one amazng little girl who is intelligent, beautiful,and inherited both her parent's stubborness. She follws well her dad's saying of, "I'll do what I want to do." I grew up in Phoenix, AZ and converted to the church at 15. Best decision I ever made! My husband and I met at NAU where I graduated with a degree in Education. I taught special ed in Arizona for a year and Oklahoma for a year. It really prepared me for raising children and gave me more patience (which I really needed).  I now stay at home with my little girl and love being such a big part of her life. We are now back in Arizona for the time being. I enjoy the outdoors and reading. Visit the blog for more about my daily doings and family.

I am a short spunky mom to 2 wonderful babies! My little boy, who I will refer to as T-Rex, will be 3 in December. He's a tiny little man with normally brown (currently blonde) hair and hazel blue eyes. He is a very smart and active little boy. He loves his family! He keeps me on my toes physically and intellectually. My baby girl, L-Bug, will be 1 this month. She is a little sweetheart, with red hair and beautifully deep brown eyes. She also got olive skin from her Daddy's Spanish blood. :) She loves talking and saying "uh-oh" "oh wow" "ow!" and "dada", and dancing. She loves crawling and has no desire to walk...whatsoever! :) Together they make me tired and oh so happy!! I too graduated (2005) from NAU where I met my husband (although he was not attending NAU) and graduated with a degree in Education: Early Childhood. I was hired to start a preschool in a low socio-economic neighborhood and taught for 2 years before I was pregnant with Tommy and decided to stop. We have moved all over the place (MesaAZ, TampaFL, South Salt LakeUT, SeattleWA, North Salt LakeUT, St.PaulMN, West JordanUT, Ft.LauderdaleFL) in our 5 years of marriage (hubby does home security) and now finally own a home in OremUT...where I will be staying for a long time...I'm sick of moving!! :) (I just realized the length of the novel I'm writing!) I was born and raised in the church in MesaAZ and love the gospel and my wonderfully blessed life!!! I have a blog, but it's private so if you want an invite give me your e-mail!

So, according to my husband, I say things that everybody else finds amusing but that I never get myself and frequently ask, "What's so funny?" which, rather than eliciting an answer... makes everybody laugh more.  So...try not to laugh.

I'm 5'3" (bahaha, okay not really), but no one every believes me.  And I never feel short, everybody else is just tall.  I got married at 20 to a 23-year-old RM (he's 6'1", go figure) who I met at Southern Virginia University after allegedly stealing him away from one of my friends (he says he was never really interested in her to begin with :P) and 10 months later, had our first child, a boy who I will call Bucko.  2 years and 6 weeks after that, we welcomed our daughter into our family.  My son calls her "CareBear," so I will too.  My husband is Dale.  Just Dale.  He's currently working full-time and attending art school online full-time, so we don't see him much.  (For those who are wondering, he's earning a four-year degree in Game Production.  Yep, it IS as awesome as it sounds.  Shameless plug:  check out his work at http://www.daleharty.com/)

I'm rather scatterbrained, and when you combine that with a short attention span, it results in a LOT of under-developed hobbies.  Among those are singing, playing piano, sewing, cooking, organizing, writing, reading, crocheting, cross-stitching, gardening, photography (aha!  one that doesn't end in "ing"), acting and modeling.  And digital scrapbooking.  That's the newest one.  I'll update the list as it, er, changes.

Nichole

 I'm Nichole and I am a mother to 2 wonderful, crazy little boys. My oldest is almost 3 and is the most stubborn, independent, and intelligent little boy I've ever met. My youngest almost 1 and he is such a sweet, cuddly little guy. They were both born in November. My husband and I have been married almost 4 years (November is a busy month for us!) and we live in Flagstaff, Arizona. I went to NAU and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education. I'm currently working towards a Master's degree from NAU in Early Childhood Education and all of my classes are online, with the exception of the Shrine of the Ages choir where I attend on campus. My husband is working towards dental school. He is currently going to school full-time and we will both graduate in May. I was born and raised in the church and love everything that the gospel offers to me and to my family. I love to play the piano, sing, photography, read, travel, and blog.
